Welcome to the 21st Century. This picture is circulating, not really sure who took it although I did find one source that attributes to someone named "N. Rush" so we attribute to that person.
This was taken on May 7th, 2008 during a visit by USS Florida (SSGN 728) to Gibraltar.

An example of the type of inside good naval information available would be from last April, where they discussed the specifications of the proposed Replenishment/Joint Support Ship (AOR/JSS) for the Dutch Navy. Another example is some discussion on the two new AOR/LHD type ships the Italian Navy is discussing to replace older vessels with Fincantiere with an expected in service date of 2015.
Very difficult to find a better collection of that kind of stuff in a single source anywhere else.
