Sean O'Connor's blog has some of the best analysis on SAM networks around the work. However, his recent analysis on OTH radar and Chinese ASBM capability may have been his best work. You can find the blog entry here.
I have to say that I was really impressed by the amount of research he did in this entry. The OTH radars are a great find and the work he did to figure out their coverage area is amazing. He basically emphasizes the method of using OTH-B radar for long range acquisition of naval ships and use EO satellites to identify for target and provide positioning data to ASBM. I would imagine that the EO satellites that he is talking about is FengYun 3. And if you factor in what I wrote here regarding to terminal homing, it gives a picture of what I think will be an operational ASBM system.
