Wednesday Reading

Galrahn will no doubt imminently have a cogent, reasoned and detailed analysis of it, so in preparation all of us should read Bob Work's new report "The U.S. Navy: Charting A Course for Tomorrow's Fleet." It's a publication in the Strategy for the Long Haul series, published by the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. I'm off to read it now, and I look forward to what the ID community can teach me (even though I reserve the right to hold forth on it myself!)
