Twitter Added to Blog

I've added Twitter to the blog. Basically, 140 characters allows me to note little stuff I can always look up later. I will probably use TinyURL for links, and will add a Twitter comment thread every week and update the link so people can add comments regarding Twitter discussions. The Twitter comment thread will follow the 5th Fleet Order of Battle post I already run every week.

Warning. I am looking into a bunch of different technologies, indeed last weekend was great fun looking into another new technology, but I have a feeling I made an ass of myself in the process. Have not been able to verify yet, but it might be real bad, as I was poorly prepared and when someone prepares the wrong way for something new, sometimes the results show it.

We'll have to wait and see, but either way I intend to continue to try evolving the blog, and while Facebook looks like a way for me to meet all kinds of people I knew 10 years ago and have no interest in talking to, Twitter looks like a way to note current events without having to blog it.

There will be other technologies as well, just giving my readers a heads up everything is trial by fire, I'm sure to crash and burn a few times trying new things. I'm good for it, please be patient when you see smoke, and you won't hurt my feelings with the criticism, no one is as critical of myself as I am.
